It is fully cleaned and 100% usable with no waste, which makes it a highly profitable menu item for our food service customers. Excellent for appetizers, this product is often used for a variety of restaurant applications, typically with the tubes cut into rings then breaded and deep fried, side by side by side with tentacles, or stir-fried into a seafood medley.
